100 Hands Set1

in one of Matt's videos on Ctrl+Paint he talks about drawing 100 of something you normally avoid. For me it was hands, i suck at drawing hands. I didn't Quite make it to 100, but i still learned something from it. Also, i used an awesome book called Figure Drawing: Design and Invention, for the anatomy and such.
